What this website collects

There are no visitor accounts, user profiles, file uploads, newsletter subscriptions, or payments on this website. Information is processed only in three places: the inquiry form, the optional AI assistant and, after your consent, website analytics.

How long inquiries are kept

These periods are enforced automatically by a server-side workflow. This doesn't mean your information always stays for the full period — it may be deleted earlier when appropriate, or following a valid deletion request, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Transactional email

The website uses Resend to deliver transactional inquiry emails — nothing else. Resend processes your email address for delivery purposes. When an inquiry is submitted, two emails are sent: a notification to Viktoria Blanc, which contains your name and the information you submitted, and a confirmation to you, which contains your email address and first name — but not your complete inquiry answers. Resend is used for transactional communication only, never for newsletters or marketing campaigns. Please note that inquiry notifications and any subsequent correspondence may be stored in the business email account operated through Google Workspace / Gmail.

AI assistant

This website offers an optional, automated AI assistant, “Ask Viktoria”. It is not Viktoria personally: it is software, and every reply is automatically generated.

• —When you send a message, your message, the few most recent messages of the same conversation and the selected language are processed by an AI language model through the AI infrastructure of the website's technical platform providers to generate a response.
• —The website's AI infrastructure may use third-party AI service providers including Anthropic, Google and OpenAI. Which provider handles an individual conversation is not determined by this website and is not disclosed.
• —Under the AI service's current configuration, information submitted through the assistant may be used for AI model training. This is a possibility, not a certainty.
• —The AI service is operated through the website's technical infrastructure providers, described under “Hosting and infrastructure”. Like the rest of the website's infrastructure, this processing may take place outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Transfers of personal information are governed by the applicable privacy documentation and data processing agreements of the website's technical infrastructure providers, which provide for data processing agreements and, where applicable, approved transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
• —Conversations are not stored by this website: the assistant has no memory between sessions. The conversation exists only in your browser's memory and disappears when the page is closed.
• —The assistant answers only from this website's published content. It cannot access inquiry submissions or any other stored data, and message content is not used for marketing or profiling.
• —For security and abuse prevention, each assistant request creates a server-side security record containing only a SHA-256 hash derived from the request's IP address — raw IP addresses are never stored. These records are used solely to enforce daily usage limits and are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• —The assistant sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. It is fully usable without the analytics consent described in the Analytics section.
• —Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, health information, or other sensitive or confidential personal information through the AI chat.
• —AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. They are general information only and are not binding commitments from Viktoria Blanc.

Analytics

One transparent detail: the Google script itself is downloaded when the website loads, so your browser may technically establish a connection with Google's infrastructure even before you consent — but no analytics data is measured until you say yes.

Cookies and consent

You can accept or reject optional analytics through the cookie-consent interface on this website, and change or withdraw that choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, wherever the website supports it.
